
For real though, some things getting me through this are: ⠀ ⠀ • Morning walks talking to a friend or listening to a podcast. ⠀ ⠀ • Watching a show one episode at a time so I have a reward at the end of the day. ⠀ ⠀ • Date nights cooking dinner. ⠀ ⠀ • Staying productive as hell. ⠀ ⠀ • Gratitude and manifest journaling. ⠀ ⠀ Keep the list going!
