Stop and Drink the Rosé

Lately life’s been pretty busy. I feel like I’m juggling a bunch of things at once — performing the marketing coordinator position at the bridal shop, running and marketing Future Boss Lady, creating content, and trying to essentially get my first business off the ground, all while working a full-time job. ⠀ ⠀⠀ In addition to trying to maintaining my health, relationships, and life obligations. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ It’s gotten to a point where I find myself getting really overwhelmed and frustrated at the fact that I can’t ever seem to get enough done. Or there aren’t enough hours in the day. ⠀ ⠀⠀ But this week, I’m really trying to stop and smell the roses/ stop and drink the rosé 😉. ⠀ Try to really take a breath, slow down, and enjoy the process. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ I’m so lucky to be in this time of my life, working towards something that really lights me up. That makes me so excited and happy — and I need to remember that. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ I also need to remember that there’s more to life than these projects I’m working on right now, and I can’t keep putting off life until they’re finished. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ My fiancé always says, “life happens when you’re making plans.” ⠀ ⠀ Meaning that you can plan and plan and plan, but life’s going to happen in whatever way it’s suppose to, regardless. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ So this week is all about working with intention, and being mindful of how I’m spending my time. ⠀ ⠀⠀ • Giving important tasks more time and effort. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ • Using my workouts as a time to release and resented. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ • Creating more connection with my fiancé, friends and family. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ What does your week look like? Do you have some advice for a busy worker bee? 🐝 Please share in the comments below! #FBL ⠀ ⠀ Photo Credit:
