I am right there too and a promise you, even if someone seems like they have their whole life figured out, they probably don’t feel like they do. ⠀ ⠀ You can do everything right and be “perfect” 24/7 and still feel like you’re falling through the cracks. ⠀ ⠀ It’s really a matter of how you perceive yourself and your inner expectations. ⠀ ⠀ You know what you’re about and what your goals are. The only person that can make you feel like you’re on the right track is well... you. ⠀ ⠀ Which is why I have 3 things you can do to FEEL like you have your s**t together. ⠀ ⠀ 1. Deep clean your living space. ⠀ ⠀ I know it doesn’t sound like fun, but it promise you, you’ll feel so much better when your home is clean and feels refreshing to be in. ⠀ ⠀ 2. Map out all of your assignments, due dates, events, appointments — anything scheduled, grab a calendar and write it all down. ⠀ ⠀ It will calm your anxiety to know exactly what’s happening, when. ⠀ ⠀ 3. Do all the personal grooming stuff. ⠀ ⠀ I’m talking: manicure your nails, do a face mask, shave your legs, deep condition your hair, pluck your eyebrows. Do all the things that make you feel good. ⠀ ⠀ When you feel good about yourself you’ll have more energy and confidence to get that work done. ⠀ ⠀ Girl, you’re a BOSS and you DO have your s**t together. You just need to believe it for yourself.
